Metallographic alumina polishing slurry
White corundum is made of high-quality aluminum oxide powder as raw material, refined and crystallized by electric melting, with high purity, good self-sharpening, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and stable thermal performance, and its hardness is slightly higher than that of brown corundum.
Product Features:
- The toughness is slightly lower, the purity is high, the self-sharpening is good, the grinding capacity is strong, the calorific value is small, the efficiency is high, the acid and alkali corrosion resistance, the high temperature thermal stability is good.
- Spherical alumina will have the function of repairing the polished surface on the workpiece, which can make the polished surface polished better, reduce the surface roughness, and obtain a brighter and cleaner surface.
- It has a low cost advantage.
- It is recommended to use it as a surface cleaning after general diamond slurry.
- It is recommended to use the same grade of diamond slurry as the last one or use a finer first-order particle size.
- If you need a higher grade polished surface, it is recommended to choose nano diamond series products.
