Metallographic Magnetization System: The Honway magnetic conversion method is a 1+N magnetic quick-switching system, meaning one magnetic disc is paired with multiple anti-stick discs to enable fast switching between different grinding and polishing media. This system can upgrade traditional clamp-style grinding and polishing machines with magnetic capabilities. Magnetic disc adhered to work plate.
- The magnetic disc can be adhered to the machine’s aluminum work plate (base), granting it strong magnetic properties. High-quality adhesive on the backside ensures a tight bond between the magnetic grinding disc, polishing pad, and the aluminum work plate of the machine.
- Clean any residual glue, oil, or foreign substances from the surface of the aluminum plate on the polishing or pre-grinding machine. Then, use the adhesive backing on the underside of the magnetic disc (Magnetic PSA backed Disc) to attach it to the user’s aluminum plate, eliminating the need for traditional clamps and improving work efficiency.

2. Precautions
- For optimal flatness, avoid sticking any labels or similar items to the bottom of the disc to prevent affecting workpiece flatness.
- The contact surface between the magnetic disk and the machine must be kept very flat, clean, and dry to avoid affecting the flatness of the workpiece.
- After use, carefully remove the pad, rinse with water, and let it air dry.
- Do not bend or damage the magnetic disc.
- When installing or removing, do so carefully to avoid magnetic attraction pinching your hands.
