1. Usage Instructions
- Remove the release liner from the bottom and securely attach the pad to the fixture. Then, remove the transparent protective film from the top surface.
- Place the workpiece on the adsorption pad for securing.
- To achieve optimal performance and durability, please follow the steps above strictly. This will prevent issues like the pad’s initial strong adhesion from affecting the handling of ultra-thin glass, which could lead to breakage.
- When properly installed, the product’s continuous working lifespan exceeds 300 hours.
- Once the pad is adhered to a fixture, it is not recommended to remove it and re-adhere it to another fixture, as this can cause wrinkles in the pad.
2. Precautions
- For optimal flatness, avoid sticking any labels or similar items to the bottom of the disc to prevent affecting workpiece flatness.
- The vacuum suction pad and the machine’s contact surface must remain perfectly flat, clean, and dry to avoid affecting the workpiece flatness.
- Do not fold or damage the vacuum suction pad.
- Handle with care during installation.
