WH001-Vacuum adsorption pad Product features
Polishing is aimed at removing fine scratches and grinding marks from the sample to create a bright, scratch-free mirror surface for more accurate observation. Can be used with HW mono-crystalline/multi-crystalline diamond polishing liquids/pastes, cerium oxide polishing liquid, aluminum oxide polishing liquid, etc. ※Can be cut
- The product structure is protective film, adsorption layer, adhesive layer, and release paper.
Scope of Application
- The product is used for adsorption and fixation of workpieces, widely applied in TFT/STN, raw glass, quartz photomasks, optical glass, panel displays, and other glass-related polishing applications in the optical industry.
Product features
200*200mm、250*300mm、500*600mm、600*1000mm、500*1200mm、1000*1200mm, custom sizes and specifications are available.
1. Usage Instructions
- Peel off the release paper from the bottom and attach it firmly to the machine’s grinding disc. Then, peel off the transparent protective film from the top.
- Use a water-absorbent sponge to wipe the adhesive surface back and forth 2-3 times to allow the surface to absorb water. Wait for 1 minute, then wipe off any water marks with a damp cloth before proceeding with grinding and polishing.
- To optimize performance and durability, follow the steps carefully to avoid excessive initial adhesive force, which may cause difficulties in handling ultra-thin glass or lead to breakage.
- When properly installed, the product’s continuous working lifespan exceeds 300 hours.
- Once adhered to a machine, it is not recommended to remove and reapply it to another machine, as the removal process can create wrinkles on the adhesive mat.
2. Precautions
- For optimal flatness, avoid sticking any labels or similar items to the bottom of the disc to prevent affecting workpiece flatness.
- The vacuum suction pad and the machine’s contact surface must remain perfectly flat, clean, and dry to avoid affecting the workpiece flatness.
- Do not fold or damage the vacuum suction pad.
- Handle with care during installation.
