Nanodiamond
Nanodiamonds use the ionized carbon produced during the detonation process of negative oxygen balance explosives, and control the pressure and temperature during detonation to convert it into microcrystalline diamond particles with particle diameter of 5-20 nanometers. This special synthesis conditions make the basic particles nearly spherical, with rich functional groups on the surface, and the specific surface area is an order of magnitude higher than that of ordinary diamond products; nanodiamonds not only have better hardness and grinding properties than ordinary artificial diamonds, but also have new properties of nanofunctional materials.
