Metallographic Nanodiamond Polishing Slurry
Spherical nanodiamond powders are synthesized under ultra-high pressure, high temperature, and transient conditions.
Diamond polycrystalline, with a crystallite size of only 3-10 nanometers, is bonded by unsaturated bonds to form polycrystalline particles, so it has good toughness.
This spherical nano diamond powder is different from the general hydrostatic single crystal diamond powder powder, and the structure is very similar to that of natural Carbonado, and it has excellent grinding and polishing properties.
Features:
- Spherical nanodiamonds have unique properties.
- There is no brittle fracture during the grinding and polishing process, which is not easy to scratch the surface of the workpiece.
- The service life is relatively long.
- During the grinding process, there is a detachment of nanocrystals.
- The abrasive particles themselves are self-sharpening.
Applications:
- Use with a metallographic polishing pad.
- Nanoscale and angstrom (sub-nanoscale) surface polishing of wafers, ultra-precision molds, gemstones, ceramics and alloys.
