J-B Weld Original: The original cold-welded two-part epoxy resin system designed as an alternative to torch welding. J-B Weld Original provides a tough, long-lasting repair to multiple surfaces and creates a bond stronger than steel.

Fully cured for drilling, tapping, machining, filing, sanding and painting.
Curing and Setting Time: After mixing the tube at 1:1 ratio, it takes 4-6 hours to set up and 15-24 hours to fully cure.
Once cured, J-B Weld Original can be tapped, filled, sanded, molded and drilled.
Cure Color: Dark Gray.
Properties: Tensile strength of 5020 PSI, withstands temperatures up to 500 °F (287 °C). Fully cured, it is waterproof and resistant to petroleum, chemicals and acids.
Functions: Can be used as an adhesive, multilayer board, plug, filler, sealant and electrical insulator. Ideal for gluing or joining objects, and can be used in place of soldering in some cases where soldering is not practicable and is considered a cold weld.
