• Diamond cloth is made by fixing diamond powder on canvas by electro-casting or resin bonding method, which used to be only available in traditional abrasive cloth.
• Unlike traditional abrasive cloths, it has excellent cutting power and leaves a gap between the abrasive and the abrasive to escape the chips during grinding, so it is not easy to plug the eyes during grinding and the surface of the workpiece is very even after grinding.
• Diamond cloth can be easily cut to the desired size with a blade or scissors to make the desired tool.
• The grain size of the diamond cloth is marked with different colors for differentiation. It is available in sheet form and can also be backed with adhesive to form a band.
