Grinding and polishing are important steps in the production of metallographic samples, and the quality of these steps determines and optimizes the quality of the process.

After the polishing process, the sample should have a uniform and regular appearance with no change in the original flatness or material. The cutting performance of the grinding disc reduces the subsequent processing time and, as a result, guarantees the flatness of the specimen, which is an important condition for successful metallographic examination.
