Power Controller,AP-200

Function Introduction :

  • Normal Function Output (N): Used during normal operation, when the system outputs according to the normal function.
  • Slow Start Function (S): When you switch to this function, even if the output is set to the highest speed, the system will still control the handpiece at the lowest speed, but when it touches the workpiece to start grinding, the system will automatically increase the speed to the highest speed. This function is mainly used to avoid accidentally grinding parts that you don’t want to grind or can’t grind when running at high speed, so that you can precisely control where you want to process. In addition, this function also reduces the bounce during grinding on uneven surfaces of the workpiece.
  • Automatic Torque Compensation (IR): When you use some tools with large diameter (e.g. Ø20mm abrasive cloth wheel) or tools that can not be used at high speed (e.g. bristle brush wheel), the torque is lower when the speed drops due to abrasive pressure or when the torque is lower at lower speeds, the system will compensate the torque and stabilize the speed automatically when this function is switched to. Normal function output is recommended for general grinding tools.
