HONWAY reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The amended Terms of Use will be posted on the relevant pages of the HONWAY website and will be effective from the date of such posting without prior notice, and you are advised to pay attention to such amendments or changes. = Service Discontinuation and Modification =
HONWAY reserves the right to suspend, add, delete or modify the Services or terminate any Member’s account at any time without prior notice to you. Under no circumstances will HONWAY be liable to you or any third party for any damages, inconvenience or loss that may arise from the suspension or modification of the service or termination of the service.
= Cessation or Discontinuance of Service =
HONWAY reserves the right to stop or interrupt the provision of the services if any of the following circumstances occur. HONWAY will not be liable to you or any third party for any trouble, inconvenience, or damage arising from such interruption:
In the event of unexpected failure of the electronic communication equipment; in the event of necessary maintenance or construction of the electronic communication equipment; in the event that the electronic communication service applied for on the HONWAY website is suspended for any reason and cannot be provided; in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, which makes it impossible to provide the service; or in the event of an emergency in order to safeguard the personal safety of other members or a third party.
= Limitation of Liability =
You understand and agree that the HONWAY website may be interrupted in whole or in part, temporarily unavailable, delayed, or may cause errors in data transmission or storage, or may be tampered with or data may be forged or altered by a third party due to a failure or malfunction of the network system, software or hardware equipment of the Company, its third parties, or of the relevant telecommunication providers, or due to negligence on the part of any such third party, and that you shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity in respect of any such failure or malfunction.
= Custody and Notification Obligations =
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password on the HONWAY website and for all actions taken after logging in to the HONWAY website with your account and password. In order to protect your rights, please do not disclose or provide your account or password to any third party, or lend or transfer your account or password to anyone else. If you find that your account or password has been used illegally or there is any abnormal situation that damages the security of use, you should immediately notify the HONWAY website, and you shall be solely responsible for failing to notify the HONWAY website in time so that it cannot be effectively prevented or repaired. If a member violates any of the terms and conditions of this membership, and if HONWAY has reasonable suspicion of illegal activities, HONWAY may take the initiative to provide your information to the police for investigation and handling.
= Exemption from Guarantee =
The HONWAY website disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services. HONWAY does not warrant that the services will be stable, secure, error-free or uninterrupted. You shall bear all risks and any damages that may arise from the use of the services of the HONWAY website.

If you violate any laws or regulations, you will be held liable.
= Damages Indemnity =
You shall be liable for damages or reimbursement of expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees for civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings) incurred by HONWAY or its affiliates, employees, trustees, agents, and other related fulfillment assistants as a result of your violation of any law or of any provision of these terms and conditions of membership.
= Effect of Individual Terms =
The invalidity of all or part of these Terms of Membership shall not affect the validity of the other terms.
= Governing Law and Jurisdiction =
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use and the rights and obligations between you and HONWAY arising from your use of the HONWAY website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any litigation or dispute, you agree that the Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first jurisdiction.
