Jet Polishing ==> Diamond Blasting

NT$50000

Available on backorder

The jet polishing method features a porous self-adhesive abrasive material called Multi cone (compound abrasive particles), which is an elastomer-rich compound (particle size of 0.5~2mm) made from plastic rubber fibers and porous ceramics. The elastomer’s own adhesive properties can be utilized to allow the abrasive (diamond powder) to naturally form a physical and chemical effect on the surface and porous structure of the abrasive material, and then be injected into the workpiece surface at an appropriate angle (30° → 60°) by jet polishing equipment at high speed. After being sprayed at high speed by the jet polishing equipment, the diamond powder is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece at an appropriate angle (30° → 60°). When the elastomer and the surface of the workpiece come into contact with each other at high speed, the elastomer itself will deform and generate friction sliding on the surface of the workpiece, and the diamond powder on the surface of the elastic abrasive particles can be used for friction polishing of the workpiece, because a large number of elastic abrasive particles will be sprayed on the surface of the workpiece in a short time, and they will glide along the surface shape of the workpiece naturally. Because a large number of elastic abrasive particles will be sprayed to the surface of the workpiece instantly and will naturally glide along the shape of the workpiece to carry out friction polishing, therefore, the polishing and grinding of various shaped workpieces can be achieved quickly under the premise of hardly affecting the shape and accuracy of the workpieces.
