Diamond Fiber Oil Stone

• Diamond fiber oil stone is made by combining diamond abrasive and ceramic fiber with thermosetting resin. Due to the superior cutting effect of diamond and the high flexural strength of ceramic fiber, the combination is a perfect polishing tool.
• The diamond abrasives are evenly distributed on the ceramic fibers so that any surface of the Super Diamond can be sharpened and machined evenly, which reduces subsequent machining time.

Characteristics:

• General fiber stone can only be used for endface grinding, while diamond fiber oil stone can grind on all surfaces.
• Compared with resin diamond stone, diamond fiber oil stone has the advantages of better cutting ability, not easy to plug and not easy to break.
• Some materials that are not easily processed with ordinary fiber oil stones can now be effectively cut with diamond fiber oil stones.
• Diamond fiber oil stone is suitable for processing all heat-treated steel, tungsten carbide, ceramics and glass.
