Cerium oxide polishing powder has better chemical and physical properties, so it has been widely used in the polishing of industrial products, and now it has been used in the polishing of various kinds of optical glass, LCD TVs, optical lenses, oscilloscope tubes, mobile phones, tablet PC related products, semiconductor wafers, and metal precision products, etc. The larger the particle size, the greater the grinding power, the more suitable for harder materials; while the application of glass prefers to use finer polishing powder. The larger the particle size of Cerium Oxide, the greater the grinding power, the more suitable for harder materials; while the application of glass is in favor of using finer polishing powder. It is worth noting that there is a distribution problem in the particle size of all 鈰氧化, the average particle size or the median diameter (D50) can determine the speed of polishing, while the maximum particle size (Dmax) is to determine the precision of polishing. Therefore, the maximum particle size of the polishing powder must be controlled in order to obtain high precision.
