稀土助催化材料
稀土元素
稀土元素具有特殊的外层电子结构 (4f), 其作为络合的中心原子, 具有从6-12的各种配位数。稀土元素这种配位数的可变性, 决定了它们具有「剩余的原子价」。 因为4f有7个后备电子轨道具有成键能力,起着某种「后备化学键」或「剩余原子价」的作用, 这种能力正是催化剂所必须具备的。
稀土催化剂性能
稀土元素不仅本身具有催化活性, 还可以作为添加剂或助催化剂, 以提高催化剂的催化性能, 尤其是抗老能力和抗中毒能力。 稀土催化材料包括分子筛稀土催化材料、 稀土钙钛矿催化材料、 铈锆固溶体催化材料等, 可用于内燃机尾气催化净化, 工厂废气及人居环境净化、 催化燃烧、 燃料电池、 低值烷烃利用等。
铈锆基固溶体
铈锆基固溶体具有优异的储、 放氧功能, 是三效催化剂(TWC) 的重要组成分之一, 其在催化反应过程中既起到调节空燃比的作用, 同时作为催化剂载体, 有效提高了贵金属催化剂的催化活性和抗烧结性, 可显著提高汽车尾气和工厂废气中碳氢化合物(HC)、 一氧化碳(CO)、 和氮氧化物(NOx)等有害气体的话净化效率。
稀土-锆复合载体涂层材料
稀土-锆复合载体涂层材料比表面积稳定, 颗粒均匀, 可用于机动车尾气净化、 天然气催化燃烧、 工厂废气处理、 室内空气净化、 以及炼油工厂中的流画催化裂解。使用稀土-锆复合载体涂层材料可在不降低净化效果的同时, 减少贵金属用量, 显著降低了催化净化器在制造企业的生产成本。
稀土 -锆复合载体涂层材料的特点:
