Diamond Compound is a commonly used polishing agent and gives the best results when used properly.<\/p>\n

The tools used for polishing range from different types of fibers<\/a> to sticky pads, with different hardnesses of materials being appropriate. For example, nylon, paper, velvet, cotton, and so on.<\/p>\n


\nCareful when polishing:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Polishing should be done in a dust-free, well-ventilated area, as hard dust particles can easily adhere to the diamond compound and damage the polished surface.<\/li>\n
  2. Each polishing tool should be used for only one type of diamond compound and protected from dust.<\/li>\n
  3. Wash your hands and the workpiece every time you change the diamond compound.<\/li>\n
  4. Adjust the polishing pressure to the hardness of the polishing tool and the grain size of the diamond compound . For the finest diamond compound , a pressure as large as the weight of the polishing tool is sufficient.<\/li>\n
  5. Polishing should start from the corners, edges, pieces or other parts of the mold.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
